The Junction
The Junction is a destination-driven pickleball and entertainment district developed by Cooley Capital Companies in Georgetown, Texas — designed to become a social hub where sport, food, music, and community intersect.
Sitting on six acres at 210 Blue Spring Road, the 60,000-square-foot development brings together restaurants, bars, live entertainment, and flexible office space, anchored by an active, social pickleball experience. The site includes 25,000 square feet of restaurant and bar space — highlighted by a 5,700-square-foot food hall — along with 8,700+ square feet of outdoor patios and decks and 30,000 square feet of office and flex space.
My role was to craft a brand that could hold all of that energy — something modern, magnetic, and flexible enough to live across signage, physical spaces, digital touchpoints, and future tenant experiences. The identity was built to communicate movement, connection, and gathering: a place where people come together, cross paths, and stay awhile.
The result is a brand system that positions The Junction not just as a development, but as a community destination — one that feels active, welcoming, and unmistakably alive.
